Conversations with the Land, a personal exploration
Australia is a diverse and ancient land geographically and in recording my visual impressions of different landscapes, I experience an emotional and spiritual pull to the places in which I paint.
The best way for me to engage with this is to immerse myself in nature and make paintings ‘en plein air’ to really experience the spirituality and poetry of the landscape.
