I am updating art news from last week because there are a couple of changes. First, you might remember that last week I put up an artwork, ‘Lennox Sunrise’ for auction to donate money to the Red Cross for bushfire recovery. The auction closed last Friday and I received a bid for the price I had hoped for; $800.00. Sadly, however, that purchase could not go through as the artwork is too big for the bidder’s wall (it is 100 x 100cm). Therefore I am keeping it up for sale – it is in my shop . I am prepared to sell for a lower price for a good cause, so contact me if you are interested. I can arrange delivery.

Updating art news number two. This year, I have decided to be part of the Open Studios – Ballina, Byron and Beyond 2020, which is a fabulous art trail and takes place on two weekends, 23/24 May and 30/31 May 2020. My home studio will be open and that means I must be there! As a consequence I have moved the ‘Drawing Skills’ workshop which was scheduled for 23rd May to Saturday 27th June.

Wednesday art classes start again this week – 15th January! See you there…..
